Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing and carrier delays.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be included
- Shoes must show no signs of wear or damage
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened shoe care products (creams, polishes, brushes) or used shoe accessories (shoe trees, shoe horns).
Return Process
- Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and product details
- Wait for authorization: Our team will respond within 1 business day with instructions and an RMA number
- Package your return: Securely pack items with all original materials
- Ship your return: Send to our Chicago address using a trackable service (we recommend insurance)
- Processing: We inspect returns and process refunds/exchanges within 3-5 business days of receipt
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item). For exchanges, we cover shipping for the replacement item.
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International duties/taxes are non-refundable
- PayPal refunds may take additional processing time
Exchange Information
Include your preferred replacement item in your return request. If unavailable, we’ll contact you about alternatives or issue a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
