Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be included
  • Shoes must show no signs of wear or damage

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on shoe care products (including creams, polishes, and brushes) unless they are unopened and in original packaging.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package your return: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our Chicago address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring your return.
  5. Processing: Once received, we will inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International customers: Duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • PayPal refunds may take additional processing time

Exchange Information

For exchanges, please indicate your preferred replacement item in your return request. If your desired size/style is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
